DIET - RICE OR DETOXIFICATION
(Upon arising) 2 glasses of water. Second glass
mixed with ½ of lemon 20-30 minutes later.
HERBALS: BREAKFAST: Eat fruit
then after another 20-30 minutes eat brown rice and drink herbal tea
LUNCH: Salad - 1 or 2 steamed
vegetables, egg or cottage cheese or nut butter for protein
DINNER: Raw vegetable salad,
cooked vegetables, brown rice herb tea. Very good for blood pressure
Overweight: 10-15 lbs average
loss in 1 month You may feel a little weak the 1st couple of days.
