MORNING SICKNESS

HERBALS: RED REASPBERRY - sip tea
GINGER - made as tea - 4 capsules to 8 oz water add honey
DANDELION - liver cleanser
PEPPERMINT OIL - few drops on tongue

VIT. & MIN.: B-6 - nausea - 50 mg every 4 hours
MAGNESIUM - 400mg in morning
